Always Forward Training has been teaching police agencies and individual officers for the past 5 years. Lead instructor Blake Wade brings 15 years of dedicated law enforcement experience, and a decade on a SWAT team, serving as an assaulter, breacher, and team leader, Blake has demonstrated consistent reliability in high-risk, high-pressure environments.

In addition to his operational roles, Blake brings 10 years of instructional experience, training personnel in pistol, rifle, and tactical applications. His background spans both tactical and competitive shooting, allowing him to integrate real-world performance standards with technical precision in his teaching.

Blake currently attends 3-5 training courses a year as a student to continue to stay relevant and improve.
