Michael Fisher Bio

I currently hold the rank of Major with a Sheriff's Office in Indiana with over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and corrections.  I am the SWAT Team commander, and I established our SWAT team, which orginated in 2005. My experience and service span from entry level to team leader and commander.  I currently serve as the commander in the Jail division’s SERT team. I have designed and implemented a training program for high profile transport of inmates housed at my facility. I currently teach and train all new hires in everything from criminal and traffic law, ethics, and use of force which includes, handcuffing, less lethal, and firearms. I oversee all in-service training for my department. I am responsible for budgets, training, logistics, and equipment for the

Seasoned executive protection specialist and lifelong martial artist with a deep foundation in traditional and modern combat disciplines. Advanced Isshinryu Karate practitioner with additional training in boxing, Krav Maga (specializing in edged weapons defense), and hand-to-hand combat. Completed specialized tactical and close-quarters training with members of the elite Golani Brigade in Israel, enhancing capabilities in high-risk protective operations.
